Start by having the kids flap one of their arms like a penguin would flap it's wing. Have them sing the verse while they are flapping in time. When you say penguin's attention! have them stand straight and quiet.
Repeat this technique only this time have both arms flapping while you sing the verse. Then sing the verse again with arms flapping and feet waddling.
Finally, have them carefully spin as they waddle and flap their penguin wings while singing!
